Neil has the ability to see solutions where others see problems.

“Succeeding gives me the biggest buzz. It can be bringing a major project in on time and budget or gaining a contract. It may be training someone to operate at a higher level or passing an exam. Setting aims and achieving them is what keeps me going.”

Neil brings this love of challenge and enthusiasm to all his projects. A highly talented Business and Management Consultant he is a specialist in productivity and change management.

With more than 15 years experience he has helped over 30 businesses improve their performance. Neil’s exceptional skill is to be able to see not only what needs to be done but be able to put in place the processes needed to fix it. An engaging and easygoing person he finds it easy to inspire others to buy in to his ideas. Used to working with people at all levels whether at board level or on the work floor he ensures that everyone is singing from the same hymn sheet  - vital for successful change management.

Confident  in his own ability to see the way through the maze of business organisation, Neil will stick to what he believes to be right, as one of his colleagues says; ‘He is not afraid to take on the big boys and there is a streak of the unconventional in there.’ Exactly what you need if you are undergoing a reorganisation programme.

To those who work with him he is a supportive and loyal friend with a high level of integrity, to those who work for him he is an inspired teacher and motivator.

An exceptional work record but that is not the whole man. Neil carries his love of winning home with him and having played competitive football at county amateur level he now limits himself to standing on the sidelines and supporting premier league games whenever possible.

Gregarious and enthusiastic he places a large emphasis on his home life and friends and, if there is any time left, will be the one fourth from the front at the next big rock concert.

Who inspired you most?
“My Grandfather, he taught me the core values in life (right from wrong, truth from lies, good from bad). A quiet, patient, witty, strong man who enjoyed life, he encouraged me and gave me responsibility from a young age. He was very supportive of his family. “
