Payments & Refunds


Payment


All payment must clear before we will promote your new LifeBrand personal Lifesite to the internet. We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit/Debit/Switch car via our secure e-payment gateway
  • Credit/Debit card via the telephone to LifeBrand Ltd.
  • Personal or company cheque:

  • BACS payment to LifeBrand Ltd’s bank account. Please contact us for transfer details.

Cancellation


All orders may be cancelled up to 7days after payment, except where your Life Site has already been created within the 7 day period. Full payment for services will be taken at the point of sale either via LifeBrand’s e-payment gateway or over the telephone. If you decide to cancel we reserve the right to charge an admin fee. The following conditions may apply:

  • Cancellation up to 7 working days prior to a booked consultation being undertaken will result in a 15% deduction from the amount to be refunded.
  • Cancellation up to 5 working days prior to the booked consultation being undertaken will result in a 25% deduction from the amount to be refunded.
  • Cancellation up to 3 working days prior to the booked consultation being undertaken will result in a 50% deduction from the amount to be refunded.
  • Cancellation up to 1 working days prior to the booked consultation being undertaken will result in a 75% deduction from the amount to be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued once the consultation with LifeBrand’s personnel has commenced.

Refunds


All refunds will be issued within 30 days following your request and will be credited in the same manner in which you made the original purchase.


Completion


Post formal “sign off “by you of the intended content of your LifeSite (via our portal), your new LifeSite will be promoted into live status on the internet within 5 working days. This will include your new e-mails ids.


All changes to the site after this will only be undertaken as part of an agreed maintenance package and can only be carried out by LifeBrand personnel so as to ensure that the site’s LifeBrand attributes are not eroded.


Customers are able to upgrade their LifeBrand product offering at any time. Please speak with your LifeBrand representative.
